SHIPPING + GARMENT COSTS
Shipping rates are fixed and calculated at checkout based on
your location. These rates are set in local currency and may change slightly
due to exchange rate fluctuations.

RETURNS INFORMATION
We aim for all our products to reach you in perfect condition. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only provided in the event of:
Damaged,faulty, or incorrect items (must be reported within 14 days of delivery)
Items that are out of stock (in which case a full refund will be processed)
If stock is available, we will offer a replacement before issuing a refund. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items sent back without approval may not be
accepted.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges on bras within 14 days of delivery.
Briefs: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on briefs.
Bra Straps: Due to their unique construction and price differences, straps are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned
Bras: Must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and
tags.
RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES
If you had a virtual fitting with us before purchasing, return shipping is free.
If you did not book a fitting, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
We highly recommend utilizing our complimentary fitting service to ensure the ideal fit and avoid unnecessary returns.
DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local government. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict the amount.
If you're unsure about your country's customs regulations,
we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Any additional costs due to customs clearance are the customer's
responsibility.
